SPR# NVEN7JTJCR - When a return receipt was sent, sometimes the $LangIntendedRecipient item was added with a corrupted value. This could cause the router to enter an infinite loop when it sends the containing message over SMTP and translates the bogus character values in $LangIntendedRecipient from LMBCS to an internet character set.
